defective product

I received my product promptly but the back of one of the earrings would not stay on, so I returned for an exchange. I also received the new pair promptly but that pair was also defective. They are too expensive to risk loosing. When I returned them again I was charged a $40 restocking fee. Won't be repeating a purchase from them.
